The Crystal Falls Homeowners Association (CFHOA) is a resident owned HOA that serves the Crystal Falls community located within the 78641 zip code of Leander, Texas. Crystal Falls is a master-planned community that includes ten neighborhoods: The Bluffs, The Boulders, The Highlands, The Cottages, The Views, Wild Rock, Townhomes of Crystal Falls, The Fairways, Grand Mesa, Cap Rock, and Cap Rock Estates. The latter four are gated neighborhoods and homeowners can enter using a key pad code, remote, or bar code. Remotes and bar codes can be obtained at the HOA office located at 901 Crystal Falls Parkway, Suite 203. The CFHOA also issues pool card keys and vehicle decals in all new homeowner packets, these items are required for parking in all amenity areas.
About the Crystal Falls HOA
The CFHOA onsite office on Crystal Falls Parkway has staff members that report to the CFHOA Board of Directors. The Crystal Falls Homeowners Association has a five-member Board of Directors consisting of the Developer, two appointees, and two resident members. To ensure all neighborhoods within Crystal Falls have a voice, the Voting Representatives from each section are elected for staggered three-year terms.
The homeowners association staff has numerous responsibilities such as overseeing maintenance for the community, from maintaining all common area landscaping and the amenities such as the pools, playgrounds, and recreation areas. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the hiring of all community vendors, event coordination, publishing a newsletter, and maintaining the CFHOA website and Facebook page.
